On September 13, the Jo Hang-jo Concert, held to celebrate Radio Seoul’s(AM1650) 33rd anniversary at Fantasy Springs, drew a vibrant crowd of 1,500 attendees, marking a spectacular event. This concert was specially organized to instill courage and hope in the LA Korean community, which has faced challenges in recent times. The event deeply moved attendees, who filled the venue with enthusiastic cheers and applause. The arena was brimming with hopeful energy, illuminated by a dazzling array of glow sticks and resounding with heartfelt songs.
Jo Hang-jo captivated the audience with performances of his hit songs, including "Because I’m a Man" and "Thank You", connecting deeply with the crowd while cheering for the unity and progress of the Korean community throughout the concert. One attendee, interviewed at the event, expressed amazement, saying, “I’ve attended many events at Fantasy Springs, but this was the most spectacular one yet,” and extended gratitude for Radio Seoul’s dedication and efforts.
With Radio Seoul’s provision of bus transportation and various convenience services, the event enabled broader participation from the Korean community, transcending a mere performance to become a meaningful occasion that revitalized the entire community.
